Construction contract awarded for long-awaited Roseland library, fire station
Santa Rosa awarded a construction contract for the first phase of the civic complex at Hearn and Dutton avenues and work is expected to start in fall 2025.

This first phase includes a thoughtfully designed library and fire station to enhance local infrastructure and community connection.
Future phases envision adding recreation and aquatic centers, supporting a comprehensive vision for Roseland’s growth.
