OUR COMMUNITIES, AND OUR EMPLOYEE-OWNERS

We believe in building better responsibly, and we do so through our commitment to economic and workforce development, philanthropy, safety, health and wellness, innovation, collaboration, and ensuring we are environmentally conscious in all of our operations.

Our People: Diversity and Inclusion

Building high performing teams demands that we explore every avenue to draw the very best and brightest to our industry and develop their talents and leadership. Developing teams that are diverse in experience, background, and thought is what has kept us on the leading edge of innovation throughout our existence.

Our Partners: Community Outreach

Å·ÃÀȺ½» is proud to establish a higher standard of excellence in the construction industry with outreach programs to local workers and certified business enterprises—including those owned by women, minorities, veterans, LGBTQ+ people, and those living with disabilities. Å·ÃÀȺ½» is also proud to partner with local workforce organizations to provide opportunities to support the communities in which we build.

Our Planet: Sustainable Construction

Sustainability is the backbone of our commitment to being responsible corporate citizens.  We leverage our expertise and experience to deliver sustainable solutions for our projects through the entire life cycle of buildings—from project planning to demolition. We’re working towards greater rigor, transparency, and increasing alignment with industry frameworks relevant to our business and operations.

Our Community: Social Impact

Å·ÃÀȺ½» is a socially responsible and passionate community builder. We recognize that construction activities impact neighborhoods in many ways, and our teams seek to minimize neighborhood disruptions and improve the lives of our neighbors through social investment and volunteerism.

We also support , which develops the construction workforce of the future by being a catalyst for collective action to expand the accessibility of construction education.
